This on-line version allows users to personalize nutritional information based on age and sex, along with, food and exercise preferences. Your results can also be printed in Arabic, Chinese, Korean, Persion, Punjabi, Russian, Spanish, Tagalog, Tamil, Urdu, French and English. One can also keep track of the amount and type of food you eat each day. This is also available in print out form. Use it to keep track of your daiily choices.
